Blair Boggs joined LINE-X as President in August 2021. Mr. Boggs is responsible for making more money for the LINE-X Franchisees.
Boggs previously worked at Driven Brands as Chief Revenue Officer, where he led the Franchise Sales, Real Estate, and Marketing departments. Before joining Driven Brands, he worked 16 years at Valvoline where he held a variety of General Manager and Senior Marketing roles, ranging from the marketing leader on Valvoline Instant Oil Change to General Manager positions for Valvoline Europe and the Valvoline DIY business unit.
Prior to Valvoline, Boggs spent 8 years in the consumer-packaged goods industry; 6 years in Brand Management with Kraft Foods and 2 years with General Mills in Accounting and Finance.
A 1991 graduate of Indiana University, Boggs earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Active in the community, Boggs has held numerous board positions, including past service on the boards of both Commerce Lexington (KY) and the Bluegrass Community Foundation, and as a past member of the United Way of the Bluegrass’ Campaign Cabinet. He currently serves on the boards of the Carolina Thread Trail and the Catawba Lands Conservancy.
George Lezon joined LINE-X as Vice President in April 2007. Mr. Lezon is responsible for implementing and optimizing business practices across all areas of the LINE-X network of over 500 franchised locations, ensuring Franchisees have professional support, an uninterrupted supply chain, and maximize their profitability.
Lezon previously directed regional operations in the Southwestern United States for MAACO Enterprises, Inc., a franchised vehicle collision repair company. He also owned and operated a Maaco Franchise for 11 years. Prior to Maaco, Lezon spent 10 years at Pep Boys, a leading automotive parts and service chain. As Director of Service Operations, he oversaw Pep Boys’ service departments for the 700-store chain.
Lezon attended Salisbury State College in Salisbury, MD, where he studied Business and Administration. He and his wife are active in their community and run a non-profit focusing on homeless teens from the ages of 12 to 22 in the San Diego area. He also enjoys all water sports, his 8 grandkids, and international travel.
Blaine Babb joined LINE-X as Vice President, Procurement & Supply Chain in June 2022. Mr. Babb is responsible for building procurement and supply chain systems that leverage the scale of the LINE-X Network to continually deliver compelling savings, product availability, and supplier partnerships to Franchisees.
Babb previously worked as Sr. Manager in Indirect Procurement at VF Corporation responsible for delivering cost savings and strategy development on over $300M of spend in the categories of IT Services, Professional Services, and Business Consulting. Prior to VF, he spent 9 years at Fluor Corporation in supply chain and procurement, procuring direct materials to construct large-scale oil and gas, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, industrial, and government projects globally.
A 2007 graduate of The Citadel, Babb earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering; Capital Projects Supply Chain & Logistics from Clemson University. Active in his community, he enjoys coaching youth baseball and soccer and spending time with his wife and five young children.
Matt Labuda joined LINE-X as Vice President of Marketing in January 2022. Mr. Labuda is responsible for driving LINE-X brand awareness, exceptional customer experiences, and directing more business to LINE-X’s network of Franchised locations.
Labuda previously held Franchise Marketing roles as Vice President, Marketing at Burn Boot Camp, a boutique fitness franchise with 300+ locations. Prior to Burn Boot Camp, he led Digital Marketing programs for 6 years with automotive franchisor Driven Brands. Labuda began his career on the agency side at Rosetta Marketing, a full-service digital firm, after graduating from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
Labuda loves playing golf, playing the drums, and spending time with his wife and little daughter. He also volunteers time to serve on the Alumni Council for the Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity at his alma mater.
Tim Tyrka joined LINE-X in Franchise Development in November 2013. Mr. Tyrka is responsible for the growth and development of the LINE-X network by vetting prospective candidates to add quality Franchisees.
Tyrka previously worked as an Area Developer for Quiznos Sub for over 13 years, overseeing all aspects of new franchise development which included franchise sales, site selection assistance, opening support, and ongoing operational support for franchisees. He also was a multi-store franchisee for Quiznos, opening the first franchise location in the state of Alabama while successfully operating two franchise locations.
Tyrka attended Calhoun College in Athens, AL where he studied Small Business Management and Administration. He and his wife are active in their community, volunteering in local ministry work. They also enjoy sports, music, and sharing their love of dogs with others. Most of all, Tim enjoys spending time with his four children, traveling to explore new places, hiking, and visiting zoos.
Matt Williams joined LINE-X in May 2022. Mr. Williams is responsible for leveraging data into actionable insights to support franchise revenue growth.
Williams previously worked at Apex Tool Group as Director of Analytics where he helped establish and lead the centralized reporting team. Prior to joining Apex Tool Group, he spent 10 years working for consumer and industrial durable goods companies such as Newell Brands and Ingersoll Rand. He has held various data-centric roles across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
A 2008 graduate of Virginia Tech, Williams earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys playing all manner of strategy board games and often draws on principles of game theory in his day-to-day work.

Michael McAllister joined LINE-X as Vice President in March 2022. Mr. McAllister is responsible for leading our field teams throughout North America. His teams of regional managers, technicians, and directors provide direct support to our LINE-X Franchisees.
McAllister previously worked as the Director of Operations of Profile, a division of the Sanford Health system, where he led the system’s Regional Operations of both franchise and corporate locations. Before joining Profile, he worked for HealthSource and held a field leadership role as a Franchise Business Consultant. Before HealthSource, McAllister was Manager of Franchise Development for the Wellbiz Brands Franchise, where he also spent 12+ years as a multi-unit franchisee under the Wellbiz Brands system.
A 1996 graduate of East Carolina University, McAllister earned his master’s degree from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. In his free time, he enjoys coaching a girl’s fastpitch softball team in the Carolinas and spending time with his wife and three children.
